Heather Frank is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Collective Purpose Philanthropy, a nationally recognized strategic advisory firm serving nonprofits across the United States.

A trusted advisor to executive leaders and boards, Heather specializes in revenue architecture, capital campaigns, donor growth strategy, and long-term development planning. Her work focuses on building financially resilient organizations, not just successful fundraising events.

Over her career, Heather has helped raise more than $300 million for over 500+ nonprofit organizations nationwide, guiding missions through growth phases, leadership transitions, and transformative campaigns.

Her approach blends data intelligence, strategic clarity, and mission-centered storytelling. She is known for elevating annual donors into major partners, strengthening development teams, and designing scalable systems that position organizations for sustained, measurable impact.

Heather holds a Professional Doctorate in Philanthropic Leadership (PHILD), along with a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), a designation recognizing the highest standards of fundraising excellence.

Beyond her professional leadership, Heather is a devoted wife of 20 years and mother of two sons. She believes that the same intentionality required to build strong families is required to build strong missions and she leads both with purpose.
