Job Description:
Are you a fundraising expert with a passion for helping nonprofits level up their annual giving strategies? As our Development & Strategy Director, you will be the guiding force behind the long-term sustainability of our nonprofit partners. Your expertise in fundraising strategy, campaign execution, and donor stewardship will empower organizations to maximize their revenue and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic consultant to nonprofit partners, helping them develop and execute annual fundraising plans, major gift strategies, and donor engagement initiatives.
• Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to strengthen donor retention, recurring giving, and capital campaign effectiveness.
• Guide nonprofits in implementing best practices for grant writing, corporate sponsorships, planned giving, and peer-to-peer fundraising.
• Develop custom training sessions and resources to educate nonprofit leaders and development staff.
• Monitor fundraising trends and leverage data insights to help partners optimize their strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key donors, board members, and corporate partners to facilitate long-term giving opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of nonprofit experience, with a strong background in fundraising strategy and donor development.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) credential required.
• Demonstrated success in leading annual campaigns and major gift initiatives.
• Deep understanding of donor psychology and fundraising best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in fundraising metrics, CRM systems, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and public speaking skills.
